To view the status of the database

1. In the left-hand pane, click Administration.

2. In the right-hand pane, the current size of the database is indicated with a bar chart. If the chart shows that the database is almost full, you should run the necessary database maintenance tasks to reduce its size.

3. To the right of the bar chart, the Database Status Code is displayed. For a complete list of possible Status Codes and the action that should be taken (if any), click here.

4. Next to Status Code, click Info to display a new window that displays detailed information about the status of the database.

• If the status of the database changes as a result of the action of a user, a warning message is displayed to that user wherever they are in RM Auditor.
